Freshdesk is all set to expand its office in Berlin

Freshdesk, a cloud- based customer support software provider is upsurging its global operations so the firm forethought to open its new regional office in Berlin. The expansion will aid for the growth of its business in Continental Europe.

Arun Mani, managing director in Continental Europe takes the helm of Berlin’s operations. Mani joined Girish Mathrubootham’s Freshdesk in early 2016 with the goal of supporting the European market and growing the company’s presence in the region. Mani’s initial focus is on hiring exceptional talent in Berlin, to service customers in Europe and scale the business in the regions.

The biggest market of Freshdesk is the United States of America and Europe market stands second largest. The company is backed by Accel Partners, Tiger Global Management and Google Capital.
