Dream hotel group sets foot in Las Vegas

One of the biggest names in the Hotel Industry, Dream Hotel Group, recently announced its plans to do business in Las Vegas by bringing in its flagship lifestyle brand Dream Hotels. Jay Stein, CEO of Dream Hotel Group, said that this was a testament to the strength of the brand and is expecting another record year of growth for the group. He also pointed out towards the synergy of the city with a vibrant, youthful energy, and a dynamic entertainment scene unlike any other matches perfectly with their brand.

The firm has planned to construct a free-standing 450-room luxury lifestyle hotel by 2023 on the Las Vegas Strip. Local developers Contour and Shopoff Realty Investments had signed a deal with Dream Las Vegas. Seven dining and nightlife venues, which includemultiple bars and lounges, a rooftop pool deck and three feature restaurants, are planned along with 12,000 square feet of private meeting or event space, fitness center, full-service spa and a gran-and-go café on the street level. The 21-storey lustrous glass and metal façade will also feature oversized windows and spacious double-height terraces.

Dream hotels currently runs its operations in over 20 locations worldwide and remains one of the fastest growing hotel companies in the world.
