Controlled Contamination Services has a new quality assurance manager – Jennifer Johnson. With new responsibility comes a list of new roles that Johnson now has to fulfill as the new quality assurance manager. Among the many roles, Johnson will be responsible for the strategy, management, oversight and direction of CCS’s quality programs and initiatives throughout the U.S. She will also be required to ensure the excellence of delivery in training and compliance to exceed the required regulatory norms of the company’s diverse customer base nationwide. Along with the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System for all categories of CCS’s business, she will be responsible for maintaining CSS’s ISO 9001:2015 certification. Tasks like building the Quality team and structure as CCS scales will also be on the to-do list for Johnson.

Johnson comes with over 15 years of experience in the Quality management system for several regulated industries. She held two separate roles: Investigator and Microbiologist at the Food and Drug Administration, where she worked for about 8 years. In addition to a B.S. degree in biology from San Francisco State University, Johnson holds a Master’s degree as well, in Healthcare Administration from Kaplan University.
