Cisco is looking forward to contribute more to IT through collaborations
The Silicon Review
11 Febuary, 2020

Industry Analyst Collaboration Summit was recently hosted by Cisco, and this showed that the company is showing interest in collaboration. The event went on for two days and during that Cisco provided deep insights about collaboration strategies. Furthermore, discussions on marketing and products were also included by many customers and products. Amy Chang, GM, and EVP of Cisco Collaboration were also part of the event along with her management team. Few important executives like Gerri Elliott, EVP of sales and marketing, and Chuck Robbins, CEO of Cisco Systems were also part of the event. From a bird’s eye view, Cisco’s new collaboration roadmap and product portfolio look better; the company is trying its best to get more people on board for the Webex brand. Cisco is expected to play its strengths to outperform its competitors.

Cisco is known to offer a collection of products like the BroadCloud, Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS), and Unified Communications Manager. Cisco’s work is considered diligent because they brought together their disparate platforms for their clients. The main focus of this move was to bring together the teams and team meetings. Cisco has put a significant amount for R&D and it is also keenly paying attention to the needs of IT.
