Apple to remove Epic Games’ Fortnite updates from on iOS and Mac

The world's most favorite electronic gadget brand Apple in a recent announcement has stated that it will be removing the Epic Games' Fortnite from the App Store. Apple had said that the Epic Games the game developing had not followed the App Store guidelines. Apple also went legal about this issue, and now the court of California has ruled in favor of Apple and recommended to suspend the game from the iOS and Mac.

With Epic Games' account suspended from the App Store, they can no longer make apps for the iPhone or iPad. Apple has tried to undercut Epic Games but attempting to stop updates for the Unreal Engine on iOS and Mac. Apple has terminated Epic Games' account from its App Store amid a legal battle over in-app payment in the Fortnite game.

The legal proceedings started three weeks ago when Fortnite was banned from the App Store for allowing players to purchase in-game credit directly from Epic Games rather than Apple's policy only to use the App Store for all transactions. With this, the Fortnite game will not be available on iOS as well as Mac. Even the updated version has been suspended.
