Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), an American multinational information technology company, in a recent announcement, has stated that it is gained share in storage and servers over its competitor Dell. The hardware giant has stated that it will release the worldwide revenue data from market researcher International Data Corp (IDC). HPE has also said that it finished the fourth quarter in a statistical tie with Dell. IDC is also affiliating its strategic venture with H3C Group.

In a statement, IDC has declared that there is a difference of one percent or even less in the share of revenues or shipments among the vendors in the worldwide storage and server market. HPE has seen a quarter-over-quarter growth of over 13.7 percent, which is more than double Dell's 5.6 percent stack value and share price. HPE continues to dominate the storage platform with its strong performance and is setting its industry-standard servers to high-end supercomputing.

IDC has also released the worldwide server market growth list and has said an overall growth of 1.5 percent year over year. HPE has stated that it will continue to bring in new technologies, improve the storage sector, and continue growing it worldwide. The firm will also enhance its percentage points concerning the current market share to cement its position as the largest market leader in the storage sector.
