The latest merger will result in housing 35 tech consultants and engineers working under the Stratos banner

Alchemy Group and Stratos Technology have decided to merge their operations immediately as the companies are planning to focus on their Microsoft offerings in Australia and New Zealand. The move was kickstarted just a few days ago, and it was designed to increase the companies’ ability to deliver excellent Sharepoint, software development, and Microsoft 365 solutions. The latest merger will result in housing 35 tech consultants and engineers working under the Stratos banner. MD of Alcgemy Phil Johnson has stated that Steve Knutson and David Carter are expected to join Stratos as shareholders and directors while Dean Ashby, Dave Eaves, and Howard Nicholls will become shareholders for Stratos.

Johnson furthermore that their company is way better than the overseas players because they understand the local economy. Both the companies have immense experience in helping multiple kiwi businesses. This is crucial because these solutions are certainly relevant to the NZ market. Alchemy has more than 25 years of industry experience, and the company specializes in technical software deployment. On the other hand, Stratos has worked in the tech segment for more than a decade and specializes in delivering Sharepoint consulting, Microsoft 365 solutions, and software development services.
