Google is launching a brand new Pixel 6a, which is a lower-cost alternative to the two recent Google Pixel flagships

It is already known that tech giant Google is launching a brand new Pixel 6a which is a lower-cost alternative to the two recent Google Pixel flagships, which were launched just about a month ago. Recent reports suggest that the incoming mid-range Pixel smartphone will consist of the same main camera from the Google Pixel 5. It is also reported that the new Pixel 6a is internally codenamed 'Bluejay'.

Google Pixel 6a will be powered by the next-gen Google Tensor chipset, the same as the other pixel phones. The company will be offering the same Tensor-enabled features on the Pixel 6a with an updated Voice Typing, and LIve Translate exclusively meant for easy conversations.

Coming to the specifications, the new Pixel 6a measures will come with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM along with 128GB of storage. It will not have a headphone jack, but it will have an in-display fingerprint scanner. The all-new Pixel 5a was launched just a few months ago. It is speculated that Google could announce the release of Pixel 6a in August 2022.
