GTA makers buy Farmville and Words with Friends creator Zynga for a whopping sum of $12.7bn deal

The makers of most renowned game Grand Theft Auto (GTA) in a recent announcement have stated that they are buying Farmville and Words with Friends creator Zynga for a whopping sum of $12.7bn cash-and-stock deal. The company has stated that this acquisition aims to create a new path in mobile gaming as it brings together the Take-Two’s powerhouse expertise in console gaming.
