The LG CLOi CarryBot's navigation and automation capabilities empower warehouse owners and managers to transition to more automated routines

LG Business Solutions USA is introducing the LG CLOi CarryBot® family of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) to revolutionize warehouse efficiency and flexibility standards. These robots are designed to intelligently navigate complex floor plans, moving and delivering payloads in customizable configurations while allowing loading and unloading by workers. LG aims to offer comprehensive solutions for warehouses of all sizes by expanding its robotic line to reduce lead times and enhance efficiency. The LG CLOi CarryBot features advanced AMR platform technology, Wi-Fi capabilities, ergonomic hardware design, an intuitive fleet management system, and an efficiency-boosting material control system to optimize order distribution and scheduling.

With top-notch hardware capabilities, including a top speed of 2.7 miles per hour, a typical runtime of 18.5 hours, and autonomous dock charging in 6 hours, the LG CLOi CarryBot excels in delivering small-to-medium packages across various distances. These capabilities, coupled with cutting-edge software and machine learning integration, facilitate seamless interaction with warehouse management systems, including material control, fleet management, and robot management systems. The LG CLOi CarryBot comes in two configurations: the mounting type with two shelves ideal for smaller package needs or tight spaces, and the rolltainer type offering enhanced payload capacity with two shelves accommodating larger packages. Both configurations feature a user-friendly touchscreen interface and an integrated barcode scanner holder for simplified inventory tracking.
