Mr. Winters' new role will include leading sales, marketing, and partner efforts targeted at generating growth in North America. Mr. Winters joins Oceanwing with substantial leadership expertise in retail media, agency growth strategies, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Winters most recently led the development of marketing and advertising offers, products, and teams at Ideoclick, where his contributions helped the firm grow and resulted in a successful Series-A fundraising round. He previously launched WINTR, a creative and performance marketing agency that was acquired by Ideoclick to expand its core marketing services.
