Blue Mantis Expands Networking Capabilities with Strategic Acquisitions

Blue Mantis strengthens its networking services by acquiring businesses which develop carrier services and SD-WAN offering along with AI automation solutions and 5G technologies for business expansion.

Blue Mantis has made TELigence Partners, Brevin Systems and Calkins Networks part of their operations through an acquisition announcement. The acquisition of these three specialized companies which focus on IT and networking and telecommunications will expand Blue Mantis' client base to nearly 200 customers to enable its regional and national expansion.

As digital transformation relies heavily on networking capabilities Blue Mantis has established its goals to improve carrier services and develop SD-WAN solutions and AI automation aspects along with 5G solutions. State telecom revenue will rise from $468 billion in 2023 to $726 billion by 2030 because network security technologies will multiply customer requirements.

CEO Josh Dinneen declared that this acquisition delivers enhanced networking capabilities and opens new opportunities for business expansion in major locations. Through this move Blue Mantis enhances its presence in healthcare institutions and higher education facilities.
