Accu-Fab’s modern manufacturing facility is located just off the Beltline in Raleigh, NC. Conveniently located near Research Triangle Park and the Raleigh-Durham International Airport, the 100,000 square foot facility is situated on a 12 acre site. Accu-Fab, Inc. provides customers with a wide range of world-class contract manufacturing services utilizing top-quality machinery.

Shearing & Sawing: Shearing processes are used when applicable to cut sheet stock to a specific size to maximize material utilization, making the best use of the sheet stock for each part. Accu-Fab specializes in precise shearing processes for our contract manufacturing and metal fabrication customers, ensuring the best possible results every time.

Accu-Fab also has diverse capabilities for sawing material stock. We offer multiple processing options to maximize material utilization, process efficiency, and to ensure competitive pricing.

Aluminum Extrusion Processing: Accu-Fab has a specialized fabrication cell specifically designed for processing extruded aluminum projects. Centered around an Elumatec SBZ 122 multi-axis extrusion machine center, our fabrication cell includes assets for sawing, milling, punching, forming, and hardware insertion.

New machine programming software enhances the ability to quickly convert customer’s 3D model files to machine programs and quickly process parts in the manufacturing cell: in some cases with little or no direct engineering interface.

CNC Machining: As an ISO 9001-2008 certified supplier of machining services, Accu-Fab is a notch above and set apart from many machine shops in the marketplace. A computerized purchasing, inventory, scheduling, and tracking systems enable Accu-Fab to provide turnkey production of component-level chassis, rack, and enclosure assemblies. Its selection of assembly tools and torque equipment, combined with in-house engineering and fabrication of jigs and fixtures, gives customers a cost-effective source for complex integration of mechanical components.

Meet the man behind the success of Accu-Fab, Inc.

Gregg page, President: Gregg joined Accu-Fab’s staff as a Sales Engineer in May of 1991.  He was later named ACCU-FAB’s President before acquiring majority ownership in June of 1994.  Gregg is originally from Durham, NC and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Wake Technical College.  His previous work experience includes engineering and management positions with Piedmont Assembly Products and B&M Machining and Fabrication.  Gregg maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys all types of outdoor activities including shooting sports and snow skiing.  In his spare time he also enjoys riding.
