The programmes of Strides Foundation are directed at two key constituents - underprivileged communities around its facilities and a section of their employees. Their focus areas are Education & Health Care.

1. EDUCATION- They have partnered with PeoplePro Trainers & Consultants, Bangalore to run a leadership programme at Government Higher Primary School, Gottigere and Haragadde near their offices and manufacturing units at Bangalore that caters to 550 underprivileged children.
2. HEALTH CARE- Health awareness, Eye and Dental check-up camps are periodically organised by the Foundation for communities around Strides' manufacturing facilities. Medical grants are made available to certain sections of employees for medical emergencies that are not covered by their ESI eligibility or are beyond their group health insurance coverage.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Strides is led and driven by its expertise in Research and Development, visible through its success in creating niche and differentiated products portfolio. Their Global Formulation R&D center at Bangalore drives high value product delivery via latest technology platforms.

Strides R&D is imbibed with continuous learning and innovation and is actively engaged in the development of a wide range of dosage forms with special emphasis on novel drug delivery systems for solid orals (modified release tablets and capsules) and soft gelatin capsules for both Regulated and Emerging markets. Anjani has over 20 years of experience with exposure to numerous industries including, Pharmaceutical, Services, Telecom, Automobile, and Logistics. He has been associated with several Fortune 500 organizations like IBM, Nissan, Cognizant, and has worked as a consultant with Pharmaceutical companies like Pfizer and Sun Pharma(Erstwhile Ranbaxy). His expertise includes IT strategy, Corporate IT, Consulting, and Digital Transformation. Anjani is a Post Graduate in Marketing & Management from Kelly Business School, Indiana University (USA) and B.E., in Mechanical Engineering, REC/NIT (National Institute of Technology) Rourkela.
