Zapproach Ltd is a digital solutions provider offering solutions for fintech businesses, e-commerce traders, online payment gateways development, trade finance, e-wallets integrations, blockchain, direct deposits and payment back-ends for mobile apps. It also assists in setting up infrastructures that support all kinds of FinTech procedures. The company serves clients worldwide.

Zapproach was founded in 2017.

The Silicon Review reached out to Deelam Baichu, founder of Zapproach Ltd, and here’s what he had to say.

Q. What methodology does Zapproach implement to exceed customer expectations?

Each of the methodologies implemented by Zapproach Ltd, informs its overall mission of accompanying and supporting its clients’ successes. Its innovative approach and internal processes allow it to take a client from the very first consultation down a road paved with achievable, flexible, and tailorable milestones that form the goalposts’ Zapproach and its clients are thriving throughout. Step one is client meeting, step two is identifying features and architecture, step three is design, and step four is agile development, allowing for the process to be broken down into steps based on the already established features list. This is an agile roadmap that’s constantly reviewed to keep the entire process flexible before it moves onto quality assurance and product launch.

Q. What are your focus areas?

Our focus areas are digitalization and business support positioning as a FinTech company. We provide online payment white label solutions, custom-made e-wallet systems, and business-in-a-box solutions for SMEs (accounting, human resource management, sales and inventory automation, agriculture, food production, fashion and among others) together with Go Digital products consisting of website and eCommerce development, digital and social media marketing and with all multitude of services within.

Q. Can you introduce us to your solutions? What are their key features?

Market customized white-Label Payment Gateway and E-wallet Solutions: Zapproach builds unique and unified digital payment solutions using the latest technology to help buyers initiate in-app, eCommerce and online payment via credit card, prepaid and virtual card, e-wallet solution providers and alternative payment methods. A few features are as follows.

  • Processing of credit card, prepaid and virtual card processing with multi-currency support
  • Setup fully secured solution with PCI DSS Level compliance, security, enhanced encryption and 3DS2 (3D Secure 2.0)
  • E-Invoicing with Pay by Link, Recurring payment, and Tokenization
  • Fraud detection and chargeback management tools
  • Compatibility and integrations with shopping cart plugins
  • Integrations with acquiring banks, card associations, Alternative Payment methods, e-wallet solution providers and cryptocurrency

Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) with white label facility for other markets: Zapproach provides SAAS software helping SMEs with low investment in technology – a couple of examples are cloud accounting, cloud HR, cloud payroll, cloud production management, and inventory and sales automation. Go Digital Product – Ecommerce, Website and Digital and Social Marketing: Zapproach provides graphic design, content creation, corporate branding, social media management, copywriting, management of social media platforms, and branding strategy for companies to get consistent digital exposure and showcase their brand to the selected target audience identified by market research from the team. The company also provides an online store and integrates merchant accounts with major shopping carts for an excellent online shopping experience with Payment Integrations.

Customized Product Development (Web Applications and Mobile Applications): In a competitive industry, especially in a world with emerging digital platforms and an unpredicted pandemic, Zapproach’s focus is mainly to solve client pain points using the digital approach, innovative, easy-to-use UI/UX where clients can fully benefit from digital transformation and take maximum digital advantages to grow their business using a data-driven approach.

IT Infrastructure, Security and Support Service: Zapproach helps clients with Infrastructure, redundancy, backups, and application setup with cloud suppliers like Azure, AWS and others. It also helps to secure servers by server hardening, security configuration, and patch management and helps with penetration testing to achieve security compliance. Moreover, the company helps clients with application support, and infrastructure monitoring support via e-ticketing for support assistance levels 1, 2 and 3.

Q. In what industries are your clients? Can you provide us with one or two success stories describing the challenges your clients faced and how Zapproach helped them overcome those challenges?

Our clients are from different industries, ranging from the financial sector (FinTech), digital onboarding to comply with FATF and AML (RegTech), SMEs digitalization, textile, food production and service providers among others.

Our latest success story was with a local government project (sponsored by UNDP) where the biggest challenge was to develop a cloud-based application (with interconnected features like enterprise digital marketing, sales and inventory automation, production management, job cards, bills of materials, production planning) despite different requirements from different companies/sectors like manufacturing, agriculture, food production, and others.

We have been able to overcome this challenge by developing a fully API-driven development together with an easy-to-use UI/UX for both web and mobile responsive helping SMEs to easily adopt digitalization and get ready for any unexpected future pandemic.

Zapproach has a team of young professionals with extensive experience in different sectors like FinTech, accounting, product development, digital marketing, application, infrastructure and support and sales. Q. What new endeavors is Zapproach currently undertaking?

As new endeavors, Zapproach is working with different stakeholders, including the private and public sector to provide digital solutions for all types of companies with digital tools and prepare them to automate their day-to-day process, payments and sales automation in case of any future pandemic.

With more than 19 years of experience in the ICT and FinTech sectors, Deelam Baichu is the person behind the success of Zapproach Ltd. He has extensive expertise in payment gateways, card presence, digital onboarding, security projects and e-wallet acquiring experiences with different FinTech companies and markets.

With a proactive and innovative mindset, he ensures the proper delivery of all projects and makes sure that the company functions equitably and finds a solution to clients’ problems. Deelam has served different roles such as solutions architect, app developer, product manager, consultant, CTO, director and shareholder at different companies, including State Bank (Mauritius), (Europe), (Africa) and (Asia) and others.
