APPLICATIONS
Smart technologies that connect your world
There have been revolutions in connected computers and connected people. Today there is global transformation through the connection of things. Adesto can now begin gathering and analyzing data from every corner of the world around us. Intelligent roads, buildings, and infrastructure will lead us to a smarter, healthier, and more efficient world.Adesto’s technologies make this a possibility.
Adesto provides seamless access to data and control of things in the Industrial IoT
Industry 4.0 and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) are collective terms for the revolution in automation and data exchange in manufacturing and other industrial activities. This trend utilizes real-time data to proactively reduce waste and improve efficiency. Being able to do this remotely and in real-time allows for optimization of resources in terms of cost, power, area, and reliability.
Make building systems more efficient
Commercial buildings encompass far more than offices and warehouses, including facilities as diverse as medical centers, restaurants, factories, banks, movie studios, and wineries. While their functions and scale differ, all share the need to manage energy and other utilities to provide efficiency, comfort, safety, and cost savings.
Adesto is at the heart of tomorrow’s urban centers
In cities across the world, governments are beginning to implement technologies to connect systems across buildings, roads, schools, energy, utilities and other parts of the municipal infrastructure. These systems are comprised of sensors, actuators and other technologies that allow the collection and analysis of data from each of these currently disparate components. This will allow infrastructure to run more efficiently, governments to make smarter decisions, and residents to have a better quality of life. With its broad range of semiconductors and systems, Adesto’s technologies will be at the heart of tomorrow’s connected urban centers.
Helping to make vehicles and infrastructure more efficient, safe and reliable
Whether it's a fleet management and asset tracking or monitoring of trains, tunnels, and stations, providing anti-collision systems for cranes, braking systems and wheel speed sensors in automobiles, or satellite connectivity for vehicle communication, Adesto’s technologies are at the heart of critical technologies for transportation today and tomorrow. Its solutions provide greater reliability and security, better global coverage, performance and more efficiency for transportation systems.
Smarter appliances. Lower energy costs. Integrated lighting, heating, and security systems.
The homes of the future will be smarter, safer, and more efficient. Dozens of sensors will constantly monitor everything from the quality of the air to the cake baking in the oven, while Adesto controls everything with a smartphone. Today, Adesto’s technologies can be found in security monitors, smart TV remotes, control systems for energy home appliances, door locks, and leak detectors, and many other places across the increasingly connected and intelligent home.
SOLUTIONS
Adesto Improves System Performance
Non-volatile memory (NVM) is a key component at the heart of every system design. It holds critical data, controls how the system boots, and affects overall performance. Choosing the right NVM is key. Adesto is here to help. Its wide range of NVM products offer an array of features designed to help tune and optimize your system.
Wafer KGD
Take advantage of Adesto’s advanced memory features in your product. Its wafer / KGD options offer an easy way to incorporate non-volatile memory into SiP and MCM solutions. As silicon geometries reduce, the flexibility and advantages of using Adesto Known Good Dies (KGDs) over embedded memory increase exponentially. Unlike embedded memory, Adesto KGDs can reduce development costs, improve time to market, and mitigate project risk.
CBRAM Technology
CBRAM is a resistive RAM technology that provides power, speed, and cost benefits over other non-volatile memory technologies. It is well suited for battery-powered devices; edge computing, and AI applications.
