Clients rely on AllConnected to provide 24×7 IT support services, reduce the clients’ risk of facing cybersecurity threats and disasters, and ensure their IT infrastructure is resilient and available.  The organization’s suite of advanced security, network management, and tested disaster recovery services ensure the clients’ employees will stay connected and protected. It helps increase productivity and develops strategies to help clients meet business goals, including compliance. Proven Process that is assessment-led to ensure the company’s clients’ business objectives and industry-specific compliance regulations are properly identified.

Predictable, fixed cost agreements take the surprise out of cloud based computing and managed security, network, and recovery services; the company’s solutions are less costly than building, managing, and mentoring the clients’ own IT team, and all the company’s clients benefit from shared tool sets and maintenance support for those tools from the company’s wide-reaching network of partners. The passion for learning drives the team to focus on achieving industry certifications, and it earns it premier and gold level partner status with industry leaders, providing the clients with faster time to resolution.

An emphasis on preparedness drives the client support to make sure it is delivering on the promises made. All Connected doesn’t just deliver its solutions; it tests and maintain them, too. AllConnected has been locally owned for 20+ years, giving it a strong connection to Los Angeles and Ventura County. Its smaller size means lower costs and lower overhead, reducing the price for the clients.

Top solutions the company provides

IT Management and Compliance: In addition to industry-leading IT infrastructure and Managed Services Solutions, AllConnected customers receive quarterly Technical Business Reviews to help the clients’ organization:

  • Improve team productivity no matter where they are
  • Ensure the clients’ IT strategy serves the clients’ business objectives
  • Effectively manage every device on the clients’ network
  • Meets or exceeds the clients’ industry's regulatory requirements
  • Becomes more secure and resilient through cybersecurity training, penetration testing and backup and recovery testing

Evaluate the clients’ compliance controls and understand the clients’ full range of risk exposure, from cyber-attacks to power failure. Periodic risk assessments allow the clients’ organization to organize and allocate resources to reduce overall risk and meet industry requirements. Evaluate the clients’ existing servers, workstations, firewalls, and other IT infrastructure for Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures. Conducting Vulnerability Assessments on a regular basis provides a real time view of weaknesses that could easily be exploited by malicious actors like computer hackers.

The Cybersecurity threat landscape has become much more sophisticated in recent years. While proactive and defensive technologies help to protect critical network infrastructure and sensitive data sets, the NIST 800-171 Cybersecurity framework outlines how organizations should detect and respond to breaches.

Secure Private and Hybrid Cloud: The clients’ cloud computing “stack” may include any or the entire 3 primary “as a Service” offerings:

  • Infrastructure as a service(IaaS): Includes servers and virtual machines (VMs), storage, networks, operating systems
  • Platform as a service(PaaS): on-demand developer environment for developing, testing, delivering, and managing web or mobile software applications
  • Software as a service(SaaS): host and manage software applications over the Internet
  • Local, Private Cloud Infrastructure
  • Geo-redundant and validated DR Solution with Data Centers in Ventura County and Las Vegas
  • Secure, cost-effective IT Infrastructure and compute services
  • Predictable, Fixed Costs
  • Flexible customer requirements
  • Cisco, VMware, Nimble Powered

Cloud Backup:  Cloud backup is a service that backs up and stores the clients’ organization’s data and applications on a remote server.  While cloud storage can supplement the clients’ on-premise server space and enable easy access to files remotely, cloud backup is designed to securely store and restore files in the event of data loss. The backup solution strategy includes:

  • High Security: the clients’ data should be stored in a secure and encrypted manner
  • Limited availability: at least one backup copy is not physically connected to the production environment or Internet (referred to as an “Air Gap”) so malicious actors or ransom-ware are unable to reach it
  • Limited Access: the clients’ organization should not only limit access to data backups and data backup solutions to specific IT team members
  • Insider threat protection: Even if a cybercriminal or rogue employee succeeds in trashing a backup, prevents the deletion from the protected Cloud Backup Repository. Data is kept for 7 to 30 days prior to permanent deletion.
  • Immutability: the clients’ cloud storage can (and should) be configured to “read-only” for a defined period of time, preventing outside deletion or encryption
  • Backup options: the right backup for the clients’ organization might include:
  • “Full” backups: copy entire blocks of all the clients’ selected data (most time- and storage-consuming). “Incremental backups” copy only the data that’s changed since the last incremental backup (least time- and storage-consuming). “Differential” backups copy all changes since the last FULL backup (larger than incremental but smaller than full).
  • Centralized Management:the clients’ backup solution should be a “single pane of glass” with which to view and administer the clients’ production and backup environments
  • Testing Tools: the clients’ provider should include tools to test the clients’ backup data post backup and pre-recovery
  • Granular searchcapabilities to find the best versions of backed up files for restoration

Disaster Recovery as a Service: Backup and Disaster Recovery is not a “set it and forget it” strategy.  Even a minor data loss may impact not only the clients’ labor costs but also the clients’ brand in the marketplace. The clients’ customers won’t stay if the clients’ infrastructure can’t consistently solve their problems. The IRS and regulatory commissions have no patience for excuses. Businesses must be compliant, archiving data for an extended period of time.
