Mastercard, have initiated a groundbreaking partnership aimed at streamlining the expense reporting process for businesses and their employees

Mastercard, a prominent figure in digital payment solutions globally, and SAP Concur, a leading provider of integrated services for travel, expenses, and invoice management, have initiated a transformative partnership aimed at simplifying the expense reporting process for businesses and their employees. The primary objective of this partnership is to streamline and automate expense management. By integrating transactions made with Mastercard corporate cards directly into Concur Expense, the partnership ensures real-time data capture and alerts for users, facilitating prompt provision of additional information as needed.

This effortless combination allows users to easily conform to compliance rules while also benefiting from an improved user experience through automatic expense report generation. Furthermore, it allows for continuous engagement with preferred financial partners and the use of existing card programs. A Mastercard survey revealed the rising complexities of the travel and spending landscape, underlining the need for innovative solutions. Approximately 90% of travel decision-makers foresee further integration of payment and expenditure management in the future. SAP Concur addresses this demand by continuously enhancing its offerings to automate and enhance expense management for both small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and enterprise clients. Echoing this sentiment, Rebecca Meeker, Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships and Segments at Mastercard, highlighted the synergy between the two entities.
