Q. There are many other reputed companies in the same field, how are you a better service provider?

GCB has experience in handling large scale deployment nationwide and

Q. How do you help telecom companies to capitalize on new infrastructure to attract and retain customers?

Q. Artificial Intelligence is the new buzzword; do you think this advanced tech has any traction in the telecommunication sector?

Artificial intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) will be changing the landscape of telecommunications, as it brings in new dimensions that were never thought of before. In fact, 5G is a major force behind many applications for AI and ML, including self-driving cars that are made possible only with high speed and low latency that is available on the 5G networks. Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS), 150 MHz wide broadcast band of the 3.5 GHz band, which supports band 48 LTE deployment, allows many enterprises to set-up private mobile networks. This will be the basis for factories that are AI and ML operated through robots or similar means. We are very excited to partner with enterprises and bring in our telecom expertise. With GCB’s technical support, our clients can focus on their core business. GCB can design, deploy, and maintain CBRS networks in a very proficient and cost-effective manner. The integration of AI with telecommunications is already aiding the service providers in managing, optimizing, and maintaining the telecom networks and infrastructures while enabling them to provide better customer-targeted services at the same time.

Q. A tech company needs to be very agile with product and service innovation to withstand the competition, what is your approach towards innovation?

GCB is a part of the standards committees at ATIS and is constantly working toward creating new solutions to meet industry needs. GCB has many proprietary tools that we have developed based on our experience and the challenges we have faced in the various projects.

GCB’s strategy is, and always has been, to proactively stay ahead of this pace and constantly innovate our proprietary in-house software/firmware tools and processes. Additionally, we are venturing into new areas and looking to launch applications, including CBRS large scale design tools and MPE/EMF field testing tools in 2020. Our field-tested proprietary tools and processes enable us to implement projects, smartly, efficiently, and in a cost-effective manner.
