Q. What was the motivation behind starting Atlas Systems?
Entrepreneur bug. I see tremendous opportunities to help clients solve their business challenges. We are focused on leveraging advancements in technology to improve client businesses.
Q. Can you explain your services in brief?
We are focused on providing technology solutions and managing the IT infrastructure for our global customers. We provide a multitude of IT services and develop next-generation technology solutions that enable IT operations teams to act more quickly and proactively. Atlas’ unique combination of People, Process, and Platform (AIOps) significantly improves IT infrastructure efficiencies.
Q. Digital transformation must provide a competitive edge to the customers. How do you gain insights to keep your clients ahead of the curve?
Our uniqueness lies in our core values and principles. The expert tech resources have been consistently doing a fantastic job of delivering well for the past several years and making clients delighted with their job. For over two decades, we have had a very high customer acquisition rate that shows confidence in Atlas. We are client fanatics and always put the client first and use technology as an enabler.
To share a recent example of how focused we are on client needs, Atlas continued to support at the same level of service its clients even though budgets were cut deeply and payment terms, in some cases, stretched as much as 150 days. We also believe that supporting our employees is paramount, and we stood by that principle during Covid with no furloughs or layoffs despite the significant impact on business.
Q. Growing the company based on employees’ passions must be the priority. Do you ask your employees what they are interested in doing and how they would like to see their careers unfold?
