An Interview with Leandro González, B.K.F. ASESORES SL Founder and CEO: ‘We Aim to Provide a Comprehensive and Quality Response to the Management Needs of Companies across Sectors’

Leandro González, B.K.F. ASESORES Founder and CEO, spoke exclusively to The Silicon Review. Below is an excerpt.

Q. Explain your services in brief.

We’re a professional services firm that was founded to provide a comprehensive and quality response to the management needs of companies. The increasing complexity of companies' obligations to public administrations forces them to have the support of increasingly qualified professionals in continuous recycling. The resolution of your tax, accounting, legal, and labor matters is our priority objective. We are a team with extensive experience in all practice areas.

Q. What are the latest technologies leveraged by you to provide exceptional financial services?

Currently, we use Google tools such as a Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and Workflow to both monitor and supervise the different tasks carried out for a client, previously categorized and scheduled, and the staff uses a chat system to share the information concerning every process/client properly.

On the other hand, we have developed an internal business management tool to provide the customer the information about their business with ratios and suggestions to improve the profitability of their business.

Q. The financial technology – or FinTech – the industry is one that is growing quickly, with an increasing number of companies offering an even greater number of online and mobile platforms. How do you distinguish your services from others?

Regarding added value to our clients, we submit a newsletter with some interesting news, public grants (if any), regulation updates, etc… every month for free.

In our fee proposal, we acquire the commitment of calling back the client or contact by e-mail in the next working day. Furthermore, offer a 60-days satisfaction guarantee so that in the event our client is not happy with our service, the fee will be reimbursed.

Q. Strategic business consulting and planning is the process of creating a set of offensive and defensive business maneuvers designed to increase and keep a competitive advantage over your competition. How do help businesses stay ahead of the curve?

We have received five awards, two national and three international, that speaks volumes about how we operate. With the right technology on our side coupled with a very good team, we help businesses stay ahead of the curve.

Q. How do you deal with the ‘never-ending change’ in digital transformation?

I think this is the most important challenge that we have, not only in our sector but as a society. We are living an amazing and exciting moment of deep change, and we believe that is a moment with lots of possibilities and opportunities to be more efficient.

Q. How do you market your services?

We have two ways, first recommendations from other customers, and second by our position on the internet.

Q. Do you have any new services ready to be launched?

We are currently working on a project to simplify the collaboration between both companies and freelancers with the consulting firms which will be presented to the market in the coming weeks.

Q. What are your trajectories for the next five years?

Our target is to double the current income.

Leandro González: A Trusted Leader

Leandro González, founder, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of B.K.F. ASESORES. He holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

To complete his academic training, Leandro conducted a specialization course on Economic and Financial Management. Since that time, he has never ceased to train since there is an important need of being updated to provide the best service.

Before founding B.K.F, Leandro joined a construction firm and developed his career as an Economic and Financial Deputy Manager for almost 10 years. Then he was hired by a pharmaceutical company as Financial Manager, but after one year he decided to launch his own business.
