We strive to mitigate the potential negative financial impacts arising from macroeconomic risks by helping our clients stabilize the value of their investments. We also provide opportunities to invest in physical gold, as well as to hold portfolios in multiple currencies, which protects them from the potential depreciation of the domestic currency. In retirement planning, we are guided by a multi-currency approach. In risk management, we ensure that as retirement age approaches, portfolios are gradually rebalanced from riskier assets toward safer ones.
Your services extend beyond retirement, covering education, early life protection, and even tailored solutions for women. How does this holistic approach set you apart in the financial services landscape?

Technology and digital transformation are redefining financial services worldwide. How does your “Babylon Online” program enhance accessibility and efficiency for your customers?
What truly sets us apart is our data-driven analysis, which guides our product selection to ensure relevance and value for each client. Our product development allow us to design tailor-made, client-focused solutions, rather than one-size-fits-all offerings.
We maintain ongoing consultations with our key partners, the insurers, to explore ways to make online systems even more efficient and to identify potential feature enhancements. The challenge is that these systems were originally designed for low-volume application processing—just a few contracts per day for a single broker or in-house agent. At our company, however, we often face days or even weeks when dozens of applications need to be entered electronically, which can heavily strain our administrative team, and sometimes even the insurers struggle to keep up. It’s clear that IT development is essential, and there’s always room to improve.
Equally important is educating our clients for the digital transition. No matter how sleek, user-friendly, and logically structured our web-based client service platform may be, it only works if clients know how to use it effectively.
What does the future hold for your company and its customers? Are exciting things on the way?
It is an inspiring and developing market with significant potential, focusing on private healthcare, trust management, syndicate contracts, unique investment models, and asset management. It emphasizes the importance of market monitoring and continuous research to maintain a competitive edge.
We have a comprehensive long-term business plan in place, with all subsidiaries and branches actively developing. Our focus is on expanding into more European countries to enhance our market presence and capitalize on new opportunities. Mr. Balázs Zoltán Orbán, Founder and CEO
Born in Budapest in 1972, he is a proud father of one child. Initially trained as a photographer, he redirected his career path and earned his degree in economics in 2010 from Milton Friedman University, specializing in banking and stock exchange. Over his 28-year career, he has excelled at two insurance companies before establishing himself as a leading independent expert and broker in August 2020.
Since 2003, he has been a prominent member of the US-based MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table), a prestigious organization for personal insurance professionals, consistently placing in the top two and a half percent of its elite members each year since 2012. His unwavering commitment to meeting the highest standards from 2003 to 2013 has earned him lifelong membership status within MDRT.
His exceptional contributions to the industry have earned him platinum recognition from LIMRA, a respected organization that has supported the insurance and financial services sectors for nearly a century, awarded four times during the decade starting in 2010. Throughout his career of over twenty years, he has received nearly a hundred awards in his home country and is recognized as one of the top ten pension planners in Europe.
