Why was the company set up? And how did you expand your company over the years?

The company was started mainly for performance testing and monitoring. Monitoring is an integral component of performance testing, which is only offered by Cavisson. The company expanded in the field of performance monitoring footprints from a single domain, which is application performance to other areas like end-user experience monitoring and then log monitoring. The product innovation is a continuous process. The firm is developing features that are highly innovative, new to the market, and has a product suite which has six core technologies with various flavors forming a full-stack performance engineering offering.

Can you brief us about the company’s M&V statements?

Our mission is to ensure exceptional user/customer experience and business efficacy of mission critical applications. We help world’s leading brands, including retailers, network providers, and financial institutions to grow revenue and profitability by ensuring exceptional quality, performance, and availability of their enterprise systems and applications.

They say the first project plays the most crucial part of a company’s success. What is your opinion on this?

The first project the company got was eight years ago. It was for performance testing and deep-dive monitoring. That is when the firm started working closely with the customer and was able to address some of those specific business challenges which no one else did. Gradually the customer replaced the existing performance tools and software with Cavisson software. This is our 8th consecutive year of working together, and we are increasing our footprint by adding more value year on year.

What are your company’s core values, and how are they helping you to succeed?

The company’s core value revolves around ‘client comes first’ ideology. So we focus on what their challenges are and try to find innovative solutions to address those challenges and solve them. This ensures their trust on us and allow us to be motivated with the customers.

Is your company a ‘leader’ or a ‘follower?’

We will term ourselves as a leader because there are numerous things that are innovative, new, a niche within our tech domain that we’ve developed. We created this vision of an end to end monitoring years back when there was no such concept or even players. We have single integrated solution, and now actually many vendors are following us to have similar integrated stack by acquiring smaller companies or developing those features into their existing stack. Cavisson outshines its competitors, offering incredible features coupled with superlative functionalities.

What are the factors that make you stand tall in this field amongst other companies?

A lot of other big players are trying to become one stop shop by acquiring other small players. We are probably the only company that has offers production like simulation in the lab environment to simulate real issues and address them quickly.

What are the factors that help your company to compete on a global platform?

We understand the requirement of our customers well and know the competition that we’re facing. We do thorough research and study to stay ahead of the curve. Most importantly, we train our employees as to how to perform on a global level as we strive to maintain quality operating standards at all levels.

Customer service varies, but companies can still be successful. How do you maintain your customers’ trust and loyalty?

Customers are our priority. Service is something we do not compromise. There are specific SLAs for whether the customer is on a subscription model or on a short term lease based license, or even a trial license; our services and commitment for all of them is at the same level. We have 24/7 customer support through phone or e-mail.

Can you please brief us about the contribution of your company to the global IT platform?

We keep on evolving the technology that leads to creating a competitive global IT platform so that the customers and end-users have an alternative. We’ve always kept our standards high.

Is there any product (s) ready to be launched?

There are a couple of products ready for launch in the next quarter. One product for Test Data Management-Comprehensive testing based on production logs data which is coming up. There’s another product for run-time fault injection, waiting for launch.

Where do you see your company a couple of years from now?

We are at tipping point. Hard times are behind us. We see only good days ahead of us, and we’ve generated a very healthy double-digit growth percentage last two years, and we hope to continue to ride that wave.

Anil Kumar, the Founder and CTO of Cavisson has an overall experience of 25 years in the field of technology experience. He holds a post-graduate degree in communications engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India.
