Digital Wealth Partners (DWP) was founded in 2024 with a clear point of view: the way wealth is created has changed faster than the way it is managed. As digital assets moved from the margins to becoming a meaningful component of sophisticated portfolios, high-net-worth individuals and family offices were left with a gap. Traditional advisors either dismissed crypto altogether or lacked the technical, tax, custody, and governance expertise required to manage it responsibly at scale. DWP was built to close that gap.

Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Digital Wealth Partners operates at the intersection of digital innovation and institutional-grade wealth management. Under the leadership of President and Chairman Erin Friez, the firm was designed from the ground up for investors whose balance sheets reflect both traditional and blockchain-native assets. The goal is not to treat digital assets as an add-on, but to integrate them fully into a disciplined, long-term wealth strategy. At its core, DWP provides a fully integrated wealth management platform tailored to clients with meaningful exposure to digital assets. Services include holistic wealth planning that aligns investments, taxes, estate considerations, and risk management under a single strategic framework. DWP manages both digital and traditional assets, ensuring portfolios are constructed with a unified view of risk, liquidity, and long-term objectives rather than siloed allocations.

A key pillar of the firm’s offering is institutional-grade custody, delivered through a relationship with Anchorage Digital. This partnership provides clients with secure, regulated custody infrastructure designed to meet the standards expected by serious allocators. Beyond custody, DWP coordinates closely with tax and estate planning professionals to address the unique complexities digital assets introduce, from reporting and compliance to multi-generational transfer planning. The firm also offers insurance solutions, structured access to private investments, and risk management strategies that reflect the volatility and operational nuances of emerging asset classes. For family offices and high-net-worth individuals, this approach provides clarity and control in an environment that often feels fragmented and opaque.

Digital Wealth Partners exists for investors who understand that digital assets are no longer speculative side bets, but permanent fixtures in modern wealth. By combining deep digital asset expertise with institutional discipline and comprehensive planning, DWP helps clients manage complexity with confidence and position their wealth for the future.

As a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Digital Wealth Partners operates within a multi-family office model. How does this integrated structure uniquely position you to serve high-net-worth clients navigating both traditional investments and the complex world of digital assets?

Our multi-family office model blends digital asset investment management with the transparency and fiduciary standards of an RIA. Clients benefit from sophisticated strategies and disciplined risk management, while retaining clear reporting, oversight, and alignment of interests.

The firm emphasizes building portfolios around client goals with “secure, institutional grade custody.” Why is institutional-grade, insured custody the non-negotiable foundation for any sophisticated digital asset strategy, and how does it differentiate your value proposition?

Trust and security are foundational to everything we do. Digital Wealth Partners builds institutional-grade confidence by combining rigorous fiduciary oversight with best-in-class infrastructure, compliance, and governance. A key part of that foundation is through a relationship with Anchorage Digital, which provides qualified, regulated digital asset custody used by leading institutions.

Your methodology involves “blending traditional financial wisdom with cutting-edge digital asset knowledge.” Can you share a specific example of how this dual-expertise approach creates a more robust and strategic investment plan than traditional or crypto-native firms could offer alone?

High-net-worth investors need an integrated advisor who can incorporate digital assets into a holistic wealth strategy. Digital Wealth Partners blends traditional financial wisdom with cutting-edge digital-asset strategies to meet the need—applying fiduciary discipline, institutional-grade infrastructure, and a multi- family-office approach to crypto.

For clients like crypto founders, athletes, and next-generation inheritors, you address “sudden wealth” and “concentrated positions.” What are the unique risks these clients face, and how does your advisory model help them prudently diversify, manage taxes, and integrate new wealth into a long-term legacy plan?

Each client has their own unique risks and tolerance for risk. Digital Wealth Partners begins with a deep discovery process that looks beyond risk tolerance alone to include time horizon, liquidity needs, tax considerations, and governance preferences.

From there, portfolios are built deliberately. The result is a living strategy that balances growth, capital preservation, and flexibility, while remaining disciplined and aligned with long-term wealth outcomes.

A key offering is forming “Digital Asset LLCs” for liability protection and tax optimization. How does this specialized entity structuring solve critical operational and legal problems for digital asset holders that standard financial planning overlooks?

Digital Asset LLCs provide structure and longevity to digital wealth. Digital Wealth Partners goes beyond portfolio management by helping clients formalize digital assets within properly designed LLC structures, governance frameworks, and legacy plans—areas that were largely overlooked as digital wealth emerged.

Looking at the broader wealth management landscape, why do you believe the integrated, goals-based approach of firms like Digital Wealth Partners represents the future for leading companies serving the next generation of wealth?

An integrated, goals-based approach connects investments, planning, tax strategy, and emerging assets into one cohesive strategy—giving clients clarity and transparency. Digital Wealth Partners is built for this reality, which is why this model represents the future of modern wealth management.

What does the future hold for your company and its customers? Are exciting things on the way?

In 2026, we will have continued focus on innovation and long-term wealth planning. For example, Digital Wealth Partners launched an algorithmic trading strategy powered by Arch Public, designed for investors seeking growth and cash flow from digital asset holdings inside of retirement accounts. Most recently, we chose Two Prime to manage our Bitcoin holdings through a separately managed account structure reflecting the rising demand for low volatility, Bitcoin denominated returns with an emphasis on transparent risk management.
