Q. What was the motivation behind starting SuperVisas?

First, I am an immigrant myself; I also started my first company in Canada, which helped Canadian Immigration attorneys find qualified immigration customers for them to work with. The journey from being an immigrant to becoming a founder of an immigration tech company has been challenging but rewarding. My unique perspective has led me to create simple yet powerful products to address today’s immigration challenges. Our vision is to become the go-to platform for immigration customers, immigration agencies, and the legal team worldwide. To make the immigration application process simple, easy, and affordable. As a first-generation immigrant from China, I know what it’s like to navigate the complicated and frustrating immigration application process. When you’re on your own without any help or advice - things just get worse as time goes by because there are so many steps that need attention before one can move forward with their plans for a new life abroad.

Q. How do potential applicants approach you? And what are the various technologies leveraged by you in your lead generation efforts?

We first help global immigration agencies to generate qualified leads by empowering them to check their customers’ qualifications for all visa types at once on our platform. Agencies often take hours checking potential customers’ eligibility and sometimes turn customers away if they can’t support their visa application. SuperVisas checks eligibility for over 150 Canadian visa and immigration programs, and we support every application, so if they work with us, they can start saying yes to more customers and grow their immigration agency along the way. Then, allowing global immigration agencies to get customer insights like applicant tracking, case status, and more in their own portal on our platform. SuperVisas enables global immigration agencies to easily manage all their customers and at the same time allows their customers to track their application status on their own. Plus, they get checklists, templates, and other resources to help their agency run more smoothly and efficiently. Last but not least, we assign a dedicated tech-savvy licensed immigration expert at lower rates to every global immigration agency. We’re here to make their life easier by doing all of the work for them and finding out what it takes to get there. No matter how many times they need us, we will be there every step of the way! Q. What other CEOs do you look up to? Why?

Peter Thiel and Ray Dalio are two men who have had a profound effect on the world, but their influence goes beyond what they could ever imagine. One of these entrepreneurs’ books is Zero to One by Peter Thiels, which tells you how to start your own business from beginning steps all throughout its life cycle until reaching success in one’s field or industry; this book will change lives forever; if followed correctly! Another great read was Principles by Ray Dalio, and the lessons help individuals find a balance between personal time management as well as work hours while achieving maximum productivity.

Q. What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful CEO?

One of the main skills a CEO needs is strategic thinking. This means deciding what to do and trying to look at the big picture. Another skill is empathy, which helps when dealing with people who are not happy or in disagreement with decisions. Execution is important too; if a strategy isn’t executed well will ultimately hurt your company’s bottom line!

Q. Do you have any new services ready to be launched?

We are launching U.S. immigration and visa services in the spring of 2022.

Q. What does the future hold for your company and its customers? Are exciting things on the way?

We are in the process of working with governments and other companies to create better solutions for tech companies to hire global talents easier and faster through the immigration funnel.
