Michael McHugh is the Chief Executive Officer of DirectViz Solutions. He leads the company through the transition out of the small business program and transforming how DVS conducts business in a full and open market. He brings over 30 years of experience delivering operational excellence in the federal Information Technology (IT) arena and has led major IT transformation programs within the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and multiple civilian agencies. Michael has implemented high-end services in cybersecurity, enterprise application development, and cloud transformation that have provided measured value to the customer.

Prior to joining DVS, Michael worked for Digital Management, LLC, as President of the Federal Business Unit, which delivered digital technology transformation initiatives for large Department of Defense and civilian agencies. He has held senior positions in BAE Systems, Butler International, and DigitalNet. Michael began his career with NASA as an initial member of the Space Station program.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Old Dominion University.
