Mocana was founded in 2002 to help protect military aircraft, vehicles, and devices. Its security software protects devices by using cryptography designed to run on microcontrollers and embedded devices. Today, the company serves both the defense and commercial sectors.
"Mocana" means to set free, and its mission is to protect countries, cities, and families by enabling devices of every kind to be trustworthy and run securely and freely.
The company is now running on every type of device you can imagine: fighter jets, helicopters, tanks, commercial aircraft, industrial automation and controls, thermostats, surveillance cameras, network gateways, set-top boxes, medical devices, and much more. In fact, it now protects more than 100 million devices. 200 of the largest industrial manufacturing, aerospace, and defense, utilities, energy, and transportation companies trust Mocana to harden their mission-critical devices and secure IoT communications using Mocana TrustPoint, its embedded IoT endpoint software, and Mocana TrustCenter, its automated security services platform. Mocana’s solutions enable its customers to secure their manufacturing supply chain.
End-To-End System of Cybersecurity to Help You Secure the Supply Chain
Mocana TrustPoint
Mocana TrustPoint protects more than 100 million devices from cyber threats every day. Mocana’s Cybersecurity System goes beyond traditional perimeter-based security approaches by making devices trustworthy and enabling secure device-to-cloud communications using Mocana’s TrustPoint endpoint protection software.
TrustPoint provides a full-stack architecture for protecting endpoints. It is built with a strong cryptographic engine that makes devices and data trustworthy. TrustPoint ensures device and data integrity, confidentiality, visibility and control for devices, gateways and cloud applications.
Mocana TrustPoint is used in both commercial and military applications and meets the most stringent cybersecurity standards.
Mocana TrustCenter
Cyber attacks continue to escalate but IoT and ICS devices lack essential security. Mocana TrustCenter is Services platform for automating the IoT security lifecycle. Mocana TrustCenter is for manufacturers and operators. It works with Mocana TrustPoint and is hosted on a private cloud or public cloud.

Technology: Military-Grade Security throughout the Entire Device Lifecycle
The growth of IoT and connected devices is creating a security risk as cyber attacks continue to escalate both in terms of frequency and sophistication. Common IT and OT security solutions are not effective against IoT attacks and the vast majority of IoT and industrial control devices lack essential cybersecurity measures. This exposes the IoT and industrial supply chain at risk and makes implementing security very difficult.
