Jay Feilen | CEO
Jay Feilen, the CEO of a suite of businesses, founded his companies to address the evolving needs of customers facing new and unexpected business challenges. After a successful career in management and corporate sales for Ecolab, he started his own business, providing similar solutions to healthcare, food service, and hospitality establishments.
Following the acquisition of his company by Swisher Hygiene, he launched their new chemical hygiene division, leading the transition from a facility services business to a full-service chemical company.
In 2020, with the urgent need for PPE, disinfectants, and sanitizers, he and his colleague, Steven Ivans, launched Sanipro and Earth Power Partners, manufacturing and sourcing businesses that distribute these products.
Additionally, upon the enactment of the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) in March 2020, Jay Feilen and Steven Ivans founded ERC Benefits to help clients navigate the ERC qualification and submittal process. Leveraging their federal reporting expertise from ERC Benefits, they founded FinCEN Advisors to facilitate the BOI filing process for business owners, accounting, and legal firms. They also created a proprietary software solution called FinCEN File Pro, which streamlines the data gathering and filing processes, offering a secure and dependable platform for report and document submission.
