The company was founded in 2014 and is based in New Cairo, Egypt.

Q. FORTE CLOUD has gained a reputation as a reliable and honest company, with most of its customers coming from referrals. Splendid! How have you managed to achieve this feat?

At FORTE CLOUD, all our partnerships are based on mutual trust and respect. As our main goal is to add value to our clients, whether it be new experience, knowledge, or even just a new service, we aim to always enhance their everyday cloud experience with additional value on top of our service.

Q. Could you list your services here and explain how different they are compared to your competitors?

We currently offer four main services to our clients:

Cloud Consulting and Assessment: Our consulting and assessment services aim to help companies evaluate the cloud for their specific needs and how to integrate it into their IT project strategy. Our team provides them with insight into which business enterprise applications may be moved to the cloud and guides them through every step to use the cloud technology. During the process, we utilize numerous tools to assess the overall performance and abilities of the cloud services to accelerate the clients’ cloud adoption journey without compromising on the performance and quality.

AWS Professional Services: Our team of cloud architects is a high-touch, focused group of individuals who specialize in providing specialty practice resources to help enterprises deploy new AWS services and complex workloads, as well as engage with ones that have yet to commit to cloud. Our team focuses on recognizing each company’s specific cloud needs to achieve their desired business results while still taking advantage of the usage of the AWS Cloud benefits.

Cloud Migration Services: Cloud migration to Amazon Web Services provides operational benefits and efficiency to businesses. It helps them focus on core competencies and reimagine how they work and innovate. Using FORTE CLOUD accelerates their migration process while providing them with the knowledge and advice from our team of experts to ensure maximum visibility, control and security while minimizing costs on an ongoing basis.

Cloud Managed and Support Services: FORTE CLOUD Managed Services (FMS) is simply a set of services and tools that automate infrastructure management tasks for Amazon Web Services deployments. We aim to simplify the process of migration to the cloud and then manage those services for our clients. Our dedicated cloud support team works closely with each client to understand their needs and provide them with best practices and proper assistance. Using our expertise allows clients to achieve faster time to value, minimize the cost of running, and maximize the benefits of running their workloads on AWS.

Q. Who are your clients? Would you like to share a client success story or two?

FORTE CLOUD has worked with large multi-vendor teams and has a proven track record of proficiency in handling major projects for clients across different industries. In 2020, Juhayna, the largest dairy manufacturer in Egypt, decided to move to the cloud to remain an industry leader and reduce costs. Partnering with FORTE CLOUD to migrate to the cloud has helped Juhayna save $200,000 a year in costs. And it only took them three months to complete the process and achieve these results. Q. How do you plan to transform your company into a future that is unfolding before you?

We are constantly providing our team with the necessary tools and knowledge to stay on top of new cloud technologies and innovations. If there’s a new technology on AWS, we’re already planning how to utilize it for our clients’ benefit. We want to continuously improve our services to make sure that we are always ahead of the curve.
