We architected Paro to be a voice-first solution, but we were sure to augment it by making it a multi-modal solution that allows users to switch between a voice interface and a chatbot interface on the fly. We realize that sometimes users may not be in a location where Voice technology is the best mode to gain the information they seek, so in those cases, we made it super simple to switch to Paro’s chatbot stream so users can directly type the same requests and have a very similar experience with Paro. It’s pretty cool, but you should see it in action to really understand the impact that Paro can have.
Q. There are other major players in this segment. How do you distinguish your services and stand out from the rest?

Q. Do you have any new services ready to be launched?

Q. What are your trajectories for the next five years?
Paro will continue to be the leader in the Voice AI space for Life Sciences and potentially other industries as well. Needless to say, our total addressable market (TAM) is significant, and therefore our opportunity for solidifying annual recurring revenue (ARR) is significant as well.
