The Silicon Review reached out to Yi Shi, who’s the Chief Executive Officer of FlashCloud Intelligence Group, and here’s what he had to say.

Q. Why was FlashCloud Intelligence Group born? What pain points did you set out to solve?

While in my journey as a serial entrepreneur, I observed that when it comes to go-to-market, companies can spend insanely high cost and undergo extremely complicated processes, and still miss the initially set goals. Typically, the difficulties that decision-makers often encounter when expanding their sales prospects involve the inability to identify potential prospects to partner with, the lack of prioritization and tools to target the right customers, and the difficulty of locating key decision-makers. These problems when compounded can slow an organization to a halt and increase its costs dramatically. That’s where FlashCloud Intelligence Group comes in.

FlashCloud Intelligence Group was born to help businesses to explore and engage with contacts and prospects worldwide. Powered by the newest data intelligence technologies, our goal is to remove friction for businesses doing market entry.

Q. How does FlashCloud help businesses produce innovative results, improve productivity and increase revenue?

There are three main products FlashCloud can help businesses with—FlashInfo, FlashAI, and FlashClick. FlashInfo can help businesses by discovering target customers and identifying their total addressable market (TAM). It also eliminates data entry and improves data accuracy through enrichment.

FlashAI helps businesses utilize AI technology such as auto-dialing, call recording, and auto-routing. Our AI-based chatbot and other AI-based tools are designed to increase sales activity to automate outbound campaigns at different scales. 

The primary goal of FlashClick is to allow businesses to manage their channels and affiliate partners. In a channel-based GTM strategy, an efficient way to manage all the partners based on performance will be essential for success.

Q. What more can you tell us about FlashInfo? How does it empower CRM systems and enable business development, sales, and account managers?

FlashInfo is a business data intelligence platform with the structured business information from all the open web. It helps our clients find target customers and identify TAM. Our platform enables salespeople to create, query, retrieve and export contact lists of potential prospects and contact details so that they can work within a CRM system. By using FlashInfo, salespeople save tremendous time on prospection and identification of the right decision-makers. It also eliminates data entry by synchronising all the contact lists into a CRM.

Q. Can you introduce us to your innovative solutions? What are their key features?

Sales: Utilize sales intelligence for companies to develop a more efficient sales force. This is done by gathering and analyzing data on client intentions and identities. With the incorporation of sales intelligence, sales team members can be freed from routine and time-demanding aspects of sales work and focus on its more important aspects. The core idea here is to allow FlashInfo to increase business outreach and increase team efficiency in the process through sales intelligence.

Marketing: With over 170 million business and 537 million people entities, FlashInfo has developed a highly accurate and highly efficient database that can help boost the effectiveness of existing CRM and marketing campaigns. It also produces better market insights that are otherwise unavailable to everyone else and allows businesses to use these insights to their advantage either by segmenting their markets or helping them understand their customers on a deeper level. In the meantime, FlashAI can also provide businesses with outbound solutions that make marketing campaigns more readily accessible at less cost.

Recruitment: FlashInfo has features that would significantly reduce the work and time required for searching for suitable talents and help businesses reach their candidates faster in a highly competitive market environment. For example, our Graph Database Engine consistently updates its search criteria to refine the search results, which would allow businesses to search for the most qualified candidates more efficiently. Furthermore, FlashAI can also allow businesses to autodial to connect with candidates more efficiently.

Q. Will FlashCloud be expanding, bringing on any new solutions that we should be aware of?

Yes. FlashCloud aims to provide businesses with the required intelligence to develop and succeed, and this will be accomplished by breaking barriers in data entry worldwide. Future solutions will most likely involve expanding our global database and continuing to help businesses with B2B related issues.
