About the Team

Co-Founder| Luke Mongin

Luke Mongin is driven by a strong passion for helping others succeed. Before co-founding Haven, he launched his own small business consulting practice and gained experience as a technology consultant for both public and private sector clients. A self-taught developer, Luke brings expertise in data and systems architecture, application development, and project management. He is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in Bloomington, where he studied Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation, Business Law, Ethics and Decision Making, and Technology Management. In addition to his academic achievements, he was recognized as a Venture Fellow at the IU School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering.

Co-Founder| Jonathan McPike

Jonathan McPike is a former attorney who has dedicated his career to advising business owners. He previously practiced law at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, where he led the Investment Funds Group, and at the global law firm Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago, focusing on the formation of private equity investment funds with capital commitments ranging from $100 million to $1.5 billion. Jonathan holds both a J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law—Bloomington and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
