Online review systems have changed the way people shop. Whether it’s a buying product on Amazon, planning a vacation with Trip Advisor, or a hiring service on Yelp, it is rare that people make a significant buying decision without first looking at online reviews. In today’s market, this extends to health care services as well. In fact, according to an article in Becker’s Hospital Review, 77% of patients conduct an online search before making an appointment with a new physician. This means the first impression of a new doctor often comes from Internet reviews.
Q. How do verify the credibility of a review?
All the reviews are screened for foul language by our software. If needed the reviews are screened manually for selected users.

Since we deal with healthcare reviews, consumer data security is very important for us. Our data is managed over Amazon web services for better security.
Q. After reading a bad review people will seek a response to this, if there isn’t one then they assume it’s all true and their purchase could be swayed by what was said. How can the healthcare personnel respond to the reviews?
The negative reviews can be helpful in providing feedback to providers to improve their services. The providers can claim their account for free on our website and respond to reviews in a HIPPA compliant way.
