"Intelcia IT Solutions is focusing on diversifying its services offerings, integrating AI in its technologies, from secure authentication in its software solutions, to operations automation and cybersecurity."
Intelcia IT Solutions (IITS) has become a trusted partner for scores of organizations around the world. Since 2000, it has supported these organizations across continents, combining talents, technologies, and processes to offer tailor-made services and skills that meet international standards. As a result, Intelcia has become a well-established brand known for its robust service delivery.
The recent Covid-19 pandemic played a vital role in shaping its upward growth curve. “The rapid growth of our business has been driven primarily by the pandemic, the public sector, in particular, was a market that needed assistance to take advantage of the potential presented by the digital revolution.” Currently, Intelcia is working with 100 companies (800 companies including customers and suppliers).
“When we started, we were 120 employees in one country, now we are 400 in four countries. Our next step is to reach 1,000 employees in 2025, and to strengthen our group position as a global player in outsourcing, which we will be able to achieve thanks to Intelcia’s diversification strategy both in terms of business solutions and geographic expansion.”

The pandemic presented an unforeseen opportunity for Intelcia to expand its IT services portfolio. Today, it offers a plethora of innovative solutions, helping address real-time issues that companies are facing in managing their IT infrastructures, whether through digitization or process automation. Following are several of the innovative solutions the company offers, 1) AI Integration in the IITS software portfolio, from purchasing to e-contracting, 2) multichannel contact center, 3) AI Ops: operations automation using AI (predictive models for network or hardware failure), and 4) SMART SOC (security operations center): combine machine learning with response automation and orchestration to optimize sensitive response times.
In addition, IITS provides infrastructure, software, and VOIP Solutions. In infrastructure, the company can cover deployment and operations on WAN, LAN, WiFi, and VOIP with expertise in all technologies in the market. In software solutions, the company can be an accelerator of digital transformation by providing agile squads that work closely with the client to provide the best solutions, while adjusting to the client's technologies, choices and legacy. And in VOIP, IITS provides contact center solutions, from multichannel contact solutions to advanced analytics and reporting.
For the future, IITS plans to launch an Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solution. Companies across the globe have opened up to remote working, which creates multiple vulnerabilities. The EDR solution protects companies shielding them with multiple devices, connected from everywhere.
Moreover, IITS is focusing on diversifying its services offerings, integrating AI in its technologies, from secure authentication in its software solutions, to operations automation and cybersecurity.
