GC Services was founded in 1957 as an accounts receivable management company in Houston, Texas. Since then, the company has grown internationally and now provides specialized end-to-end services to a wide range of industries. Culture: Mario Baddour does not ignore the effect the last few years have had on businesses in general, but also his own company culture. “Despite the fact that we have built an infectious, caring culture across all levels of the organization at InteLogix, the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to dramatically shift how our business should operate and forced us to revisit several elements related to our culture.
