“The currency of real networking is not greed but generosity.” – Keith Ferrazzi
The world is growing more connected every day. With trending technologies like the internet of things, cloud computing and M2M networks, delivering solutions for connected devices across the globe has become a pre-requisite for all organizations. KORE is the world’s largest managed communications solutions provider specializing in Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) markets. Providing unified control and management for cellular and satellite network service delivery in more than 180 countries worldwide, KORE empowers its application, hardware and wireless operator partners to efficiently deliver M2M solutions for connected devices across the globe. M2M applications in industries as diverse as healthcare, utilities, enterprise IT, transaction processing and fleet management rely on the KORE network to deliver operational efficiencies and cost-savings. KORE offers a range of technologies — including GSM, HSPA, CDMA EV-DO and LTE, as well as satellite services — that ensure the greatest possible reliability and coverage. Through its strategic growth plan, including the recent acquisition of RacoWireless, KORE is primed to deliver an unprecedented portfolio of connected technology, location-aware solutions and management tools in a way that has never before been experienced in the industry.
Incorporated in 2003, KORE’s premier IoT/M2M solutions include optimized price plans from local, regional and global carrier partners that are customized to a client’s business requirements. The company understands that a scalable, secure network is the foundation upon which partners deliver mission-critical applications to their downstream customers. The company has built a state-of-the-art, optimized M2M network which provides complete redundancy and self-healing capabilities in the event of a physical connection being compromised. Built for High Availability and five nine’s reliability, a single connection to KORE provides access to a multitude of carrier and technology partners locally, regionally and globally.
The KORE Platform
KORE pioneered the first business management platform built exclusively for IoT and M2M services management. PRiSMPro is an award winning, comprehensive IoT/M2M management platform with both a web-based interface and API for integration into back-office systems and logic. With the ability to set customized data monitoring thresholds down to specific devices or groups of devices, customers can realize real cost savings and operational efficiencies by identifying problems before they result in large overage fees. With technical support centers in Canada and Australia, the company provides customers with one point-of-contact for 24/7, round the clock support from true IoT & M2M experts. It specializes in rapid on-boarding for new customers and offers a variety of value-added services including device certification assistance, VPN, custom APN and static IP ranges – configurable to customers’ needs.
Due to its laudable efforts in IoT and M2M, KORE has been honored with the 2015 Internet of Things award and the Light Reading 2015 Leading Lights Award. The Company has its headquarters in Alpharetta, GA, USA. It has offices in Blue Ash, OH – Operations, Toronto, Canada – Canada Head Office, Winnipeg, Canada – Operations, Naples, FL – Position Logic, Melbourne, Australia – Asia Pacific Office and Singapore – Asia Pacific Office.
The KORE Difference
The company provides the most comprehensive IoT and M2M data services with the best natively provisioned global connectivity in the marketplace.
Partnering with KORE guarantees the following:
- The largest, most comprehensive global network service footprint including LTE, GSM and CDMA and via partnership with Iridium, truly global satellite connectivity is achieved via a single – or dual for redundancy and fail-over – connection between KORE and its customers.
- A dedicated team of experts with a sole focus on IoT and M2M services delivery excellence. The company has distinguished itself in terms of customers and technical support, providing service level metrics including a technical escalation process for expediting and resolving all service delivery related issues.
- Multiple, redundant connections between KORE and carrier partners’ networks, five 9’s of reliability and automatic fail-over.
- A fully managed network – meaning that if any inter-connectivity or API configurations between KORE and any of its carrier partners change, KORE handles them transparently and without any customer interaction – saving customers from expensive maintenance requirements.
- A consultative partner with the experience to help get customers to market quickly and effectively, including expediting device approvals for new devices in the IoT and M2M market place.
- A partnership approach in which KORE supplies only the network services, it doesn’t compete with customers by selling hardware or applications/solutions to the market.
- A single, comprehensive business management platform delivering the operational efficiencies and cost controls required to deliver the lowest total cost of ownership.
