Kraska Law has experience in conducting plaintiff and defence litigation, and has the resources to competently handle your matter and guide you through the seemingly overwhelming process of civil litigation. Kraska Law is committed to ensuring that your matter proceeds efficiently through the court system, and that you recover the best possible settlement before trial, or judgment after trial. It takes a very personal approach towards its clients. Kraska Law achieves its results by taking the time to truly understand each of its clients, each of their cases, and ensure that it achieves the result that they are seeking.

It is important that if you are seeking to claim for a loss or an injury that you not wait too long before proceeding. There is a general time limit of 2 years from the date of incident for you to file your claim with the court. This means that you have 2 years from the date that you were injured or wronged, to begin your lawsuit. However, it is advised that you act quickly, as there are several exceptions to this rule, and in many scenarios the limits are other time limits to consider, some expiring within weeks of the incident. It is best to seek advice quickly, become educated on the matter, and then take the time to decide how to proceed once you are familiar with your specific situation.
