When I was a COO, I always asked new vendors which staffing firms they had worked with. And I was always intrigued when I came across someone with real staffing experience - it matters. It’s no different than athletes wanting coaches who’ve played the game, or doctors trusting other doctors. There’s a depth you only gain from doing the job. That experience shaped everything in myScout, from how we qualify leads to how we speak to our users. I’ve been in the trenches, and I built this for people who live there every day.

What does the future hold for your company and its customers? Are exciting things on the way?

Absolutely. We’re launching a mobile app to give reps access to lead data and insights on the go. We’re also exploring personality-based profiling to help salespeople tailor their pitch based on the type of buyer they’re calling. Everything we build is designed to add more value without adding more complexity. We’re not just scaling; we’re evolving into the lead engine that top staffing teams will rely on long term.
