Q. Do you provide tailor made services to clients based on their services? If yes how do you collect the necessary inputs of data?
Our customization of services is built on modular basis, i.e. predetermined plugins. We build these plugins on identified data points, creating a homogeneous database to ensure seamless integration to our A.I. and algorithm even if each customization is different altogether. This method allows us to ensure data remains uniform but yet relevant.
Q. What are the important issues that can be addressed with your tools and solutions?
All our tools and solutions are human-to-digital centric. We focus on bringing experience to even the unbanked users. We envisage that no users should be left behind the digital curve. Everyone should benefit from this digital era.
Q. Do you conduct “user research” to work on providing better user experience?
We collect data on an ongoing basis via the use of our products; the outcome of our information collected and analyzed are primarily “feedbacks” which enable us to always build a better experience and offerings through the research and analytics insights gained. Our baseline has always been “human first, digital next”. The future of digital and human enterprise should have affinity with the personal journey of the users.
Q. Digital transformation must provide competitive edge to the customers. How do you gain insights to keep your clients ahead of the curve?
Customers and technologies are the basic building blocks of Human Enterprise. Businesses and users are transforming; transformation is the new normal. Technologies used to manage data are only tools, the effectiveness of employing the use of technologies is dependent on how we embody usage of these tools. When we innovate, we always prioritize “human first and digital next”. Our main diving force in gaining insights do not just derive from the data at hand, but the human empathy. Empathy is our driving principle besides the analytics. The outcome must always enable and empower innovation and change while gaining satisfaction from the customers. These processes in turn decide how we build our products.
Q. How do you market your services?
One of the key enablers for wide adoption of our services and offerings is to keep things simple for the users, such as simple interface in the IoT machines and apps. The backbone of our offerings is built on technologies. However not all users, especially the seniors, have embraced trending technologies. Our offerings ensure that the users have “enough” information to work with, while we introduce features explain in simple ways. Putting all things in perspective, the idea of “keeping it simple” forms the foundation or baseline when we build and market offerings.
Q. How do you deal with the “never ending change” in digital transformation?
One of our key challenges in digital transformation is innovating the method to transform analogue to digital from different classes of machines, devices, trends, etc. Things and events that human observes are analogue in nature, the human brain transform this observation into information that decisions are based on. We try to assimilate the process based on the idea of human observation to decision making process; invent or innovate them through A.I. and algorithm into a tangible system. The bottom line is to be able to collect, store, transform known analogue data into digital form at reasonable speed to create an effective yet efficient system.
Q. Do you have any new services ready to be launched?
We have an upcoming suite of offerings to enable B2B clients’ transformation to better engage their customers.

Sir Eldee Tang came from humble beginnings and built his experiences through his infallible and undeterred principles. At the age of 30, he successfully built his company and grew its presence in Asia.
