Q. What was the motivation behind starting Nonaj Law?

Nonaj Law is the realization of the American Dream. In that regard, we aim to serve national and international businesses and individuals. We want to be the go-to law firm, where you will find lawyers full of knowledge and passion for what they do – where no one will let you down and they will fight for your case like no one else.

We are hardworking professionals with great academic and work experiences. What makes our firm great is its compassion and dedication to each client’s issues. This firm was created with the unique idea of making sure that clients are not treated like numbers but instead there is a clear chain of command and communications with clients. Our clients can always reach us and ask questions seven days a week. We provide them with updates and make sure we are transparent with them.

Nonaj Law is a full-service law firm with a focus on Business Immigration, Contract, Corporate Transaction, Cyber Security and Litigation Law. We help small business-like startups forming their company, raise capital, strategise and comply with law. We also assist international companies to invest in the US and achieve their goal. We assist people with extraordinary abilities, professionals and investors to get their Green Cards, Immigrant or Non-Immigrant Visas.

Firms and corporations are crossing international borders and expanding across the globe through mergers, acquisitions, consolidation, and collaboration with foreign counsel. Tell us about your compliance model.

Our Compliance Model is tailored for each company and we are able to do so because we investigate our own client to better understand their needs. Our analysis reflects the specificities of the industry the client performs in, the country or state they come from, the size and any other important distinctive element. We also review books and records, interview the executives as well as regular employees consistently. Nonaj Law team it’s the guarantee that an international/multi continental company is taken care of. Many of us have crosboarder legal experience and therefore we know what should and needs to be done.

Q. Technology has transformed the practice of law. Which are some of the technologies that have helped you to improve your services?

Blockchain technology is the latest example of how much technology has changed law. We at Nonaj Law work closely with startups and other companies that are creating NFTs, pursuing digital currencies and in general navigating the new technologies. Our team could easily adapt to this new field of law because we are young and more simply love technology. New technologies and in particular Blockchain from a legal perspective are just like the discovery of America by Columbus, a revolution that will bring a lot of opportunities.

Q. What does the future hold for your company and its customers? Are exciting things on the way?

Nonaj Law is always looking to better itself and with that in mind we have decided to expand to Europe. We will be opening our first international office in Italy this fall.

Altin Nonaj, Founder

He advises domestic and international clients on business immigration, corporate transactional and litigation matters. Altin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Padova in Italy and his Master of Laws from Fordham Law School in New York City with a concentration in banking, corporate and financial law. A skilled linguist, Altin understands English, Italian, Albanian and Spanish with great proficiency. Due to his diverse cultural background, high level of professionalism, language skills, and multilayered business experience, clients seek Altin’s counsel in navigating complex US legal issues. Aside from being an active speaker and an award winning attorney, Altin is also an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law where he teaches Fundamentals of Private Law.
