hyperCision is an HR technology consulting company that specializes in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. hyperCision Inc. was formed in 2001 to help organizations transform their transactional human resource processes into strategic human capital management (HCM) practices by deploying, optimizing, and sustaining SAP HR and Talent Management solutions.

While SAP has made the cloud a core component of their product strategy, many clients remain on-premise or have hybrid environments. So our traditional SAP HCM skills remain very sharp and in great demand.

Though the technology landscape has shifted over the years, our approach to SAP HCM engagements has been very steady. We standardized early on the SAP ASAP implementation methodology and more tightly aligned these processes with HCM best practices. We have a deep implementation, upgrade, and optimization expertise across all of the SAP HCM modules.

The Leading Lady

Sharon Newton, Managing Partner: As Managing Partner at hyperCision, Sharon Newton sets corporate vision and strategy, operates as Chief Culture Officer, advances SAP and SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems (LMS) thought leadership and is heavily involved with the consultant hiring and selection process. She brings extensive leadership experience gained from consulting management and hands-on implementations of SAP HCM solutions and the SAP Learning Solution. 

Prior to hyperCision, Sharon served as the National Hiring Manager for SAP America, managing the consulting hiring strategy for the Midwest region and the centralized hiring process across all regions. During her time with SAP America, she also enjoyed the roles of Human Capital Management Practice Manager for the Americas; Platinum Consultant with expertise in the SAP Learning Solution, Performance Management and Organizational Management; and Curriculum Product Manager for US-based HCM learning content at SAP University.

Sharon holds a Masters in Industrial Relations degree from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology, English Literature, and Italian from the University of Illinois. Sharon is currently an SAP Mentor and is the co-author of the SAP Press book on SAP Enterprise Learning.
