Knowing the Masters
Hans Bukow, President Hans brings more than 25 years of executive management and entrepreneurship experience leading venture-backed technology companies to Provade. As President, Hans drives continued business growth to broaden Provade’s technology footprint as an integrated VMS vendor. Prior to joining Provade, he founded publicy traded eWork, which is a widely respected and innovative leader of Web-based flexible workforce management offerings. Prior to his contributions at eWork, Hans helped grow, then sold and incorporated WorldPlay (aka ImagiNation Network) with AOL’s Studios and Games. His first company founding and leadership role was FASTech, an international firm that created the category of Manufacturing Execution Software (MES).
He holds a BSME degree from Union College and a MSME degree from Purdue.
Peter Parks, COO
Peter is responsible for overseeing Provade’s daily operations, customer support and professional services as well as the development of product features and roadmaps. Peter is also directly involved in sales, using his interaction with prospective Provade’s customers as valuable input to product roadmap. Originally holding the position of Vice President of Development, Peter is a founding employee of Provade and brings over 20 years of staffing, MSP and VMS experience to the job. Prior to joining Provade, Peter spent 10 years at Manpower where he started his career in field operations managing the Spanish-speaking labor force, and then moving into front office and VMS system design. He was instrumental in the development of Manpower’s first VMS platform in 1999 and served the next five years dedicated to VMS development.
