Q. Developing soft and behavioral skills requires understanding themselves, seeing the need for change. How do you make an individual develop a new habit that solidifies the change?

I provide a strategy which is currently being written as a book known as the 12 Steps of Self-Empowerment. The first step in this process involves letting go of the past to develop new mindsets and healthy thinking patterns. This is how I begin to help an individual solidify change.

Q. Whom do you give credit for your business success? Why?

I give God all of the credit because without him none of my success would be possible.

Q. What are some of the significant challenges you faced in initial years? How did you overcome them?

Significant challenges include explaining the benefits of coaching. Many people are reluctant to invest in a coach because they do not fully understand the purpose or benefit of having one, two, or three. I overcome this by being consistent with my teachings and by continuing to spread understanding for all forms of coaching.

Q. How efficient are your learning & training strategies? Justify.

 I consider myself to be highly efficient and learning and training strategies because I have a background in Teaching Education and I am a certified coach. My experience speaks for itself.

Q. Behavioral skills are basic psychological human aspects and are difficult to measure. What is your approach to measure and compare?

I track my clients’ process through a series of self-assessments.

Q. There are other reputed companies in the market which are into coaching and mentoring. What makes you an expert coach/mentor?

 Besides my qualifications and certifications, I am a living testament of the effectiveness of my strategies. I practice what I teach.

Q. A coach/mentor is also an efficient learner. What did you learn from your clients/students/disciples? Also, share some of your memorable moments of your career.

I learned that coaching or self-empowerment is an ongoing process, so it is important to remain humble and continue to seek ways to grow. The most memorable moments are receiving multiple awards as Best Women’s Coach from different organizations.

Q. How do you keep your service standards up and running?

I keep my service standards above expectations by constantly assessing my progress and seeking client suggestions.
