Q. How does your company tailor its solutions to meet the specific needs of each organization? And what role does customization play in your approach?

Customization is essential for us. We make sure to understand each client’s specific needs to design solutions that truly resonate with them. Customization can involve selecting facilitators with industry experience or tweaking core materials to better fit our clients’ goals. This approach ensures that the training is not only relevant but also impactful.

Q. In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, how do you ensure the Learning Edge stays on the cutting edge of learning and development?

Staying relevant is crucial. Our team pursues ongoing certifications to remain up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry. Additionally, we developed the Connections Leadership Journey program, an eight-module certificate program that brings leaders together for a transformational experience.

Q. Given the increasing emphasis on digital transformation, how has your company adapted its training programs to incorporate virtual learning, especially post-pandemic?

The pandemic was indeed a catalyst for change for us. We now deliver virtual programs as successfully as in-person ones, ensuring each session is engaging and impactful. We also have an online catalyst platform where leaders and team members can participate in coaching and self-assessment, which is especially beneficial for those in remote or hybrid setups.

Q. Your company focuses strongly on employee engagement. How do you measure and improve engagement levels within your clients’ organizations?

We partner with the Activate Human Capital Group to conduct baseline assessments that help us understand employees’ values and priorities. Annual engagement surveys are essential, as they give leaders actionable insights. It’s not just about measuring engagement; it’s about committing to address the findings transparently.

Q. How do you ensure that the consultants and trainers in your network maintain a high level of expertise and align with your company’s core values?

We work with master facilitators who have longstanding relationships with the Learning Edge. We thoroughly vet their skills and provide them with top-tier facilitation kits. Each session they deliver is evaluated, allowing us to offer feedback and coaching as needed.

Q. Looking to the future, what exciting developments are on the horizon for your company and clients?

We’re thrilled about our new Connections Leadership Journey Cornerstone Program. During the pandemic, we brought together a talented team to create this eight-module program, which is designed for all leadership levels within an organization. Having all leaders experience the same tools and training helps build a cohesive leadership culture.

In addition, we recently launched our Emerging Leader Program, aimed at preparing high-potential employees for future leadership roles.

Q. Is there anything else you’d like to add before we conclude?

One final point—we’re committed to building long-term partnerships with our clients, ensuring continuity and deep understanding of their needs. I’m also proud to share that we received a Diamond Award from Wiley DiSC Solutions this year. These tools have been crucial for our clients, supporting assessments, training, and a continuous learning platform.
