Q. Explain your services in brief.
Samudio Consulting is a consulting firm that specializes in supporting HCM Technologies. With work proficiently in ADP, Workday, PeopleSoft, and several other HCM platforms. The Samudio Consulting team stays updated with advanced technologies and offers out-of-the-box solutions to clients. We advocate for our clients’ needs and make certain that the implemented solution aligns with their business requirements.
Our areas of expertise cover project and change management, system utilization and process review, and training. Our services may serve as a security blanket initially, but the ultimate goal is to allow our clients to be self-sufficient and function independently.
We bring in HR, payroll, time management, technical, and project management people to deliver practical, proven solutions. Our project managers bring expertise that comes from managing many HRMS implementations. Additionally, we work with our clients to determine a roadmap to take full advantage of their system, including in-depth training.
Q. Is it important to break the myopic view to remain unbiased and stay focused on objectives to devise an effective HCM plan for projects?
It is our job to alleviate the panic and stress that arise from product inexperience. Our team works together with the client to teach them about the benefits and limitations of their implemented HR solutions. This partnership helps the client see beyond the solution provider’s sales pitch and gain a thorough understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
Staying unbiased and involved in all customer engagements and keenly focusing on their needs is key to building a successful client relationship. Our conflict-resolution methodology revolves around gathering insights into the client’s processes, knowledge, and requirements.
Q. Consultants do not come with guarantees, so there is always a possibility that you might not achieve the results you had planned when you had hired them irrespective of the cost. How can businesses overcome this uncertainty?
We are a solution-oriented firm, so by hiring our team, our focus is on delivering the best service and product that we possibly can for our clients. It isn’t about costs, it’s about adapting to the issues at hand and resolving them head-on. Trust is the cornerstone of our customer relationships, so when tasked with a problem, we do our best to reach a successful outcome.
Q. HCM consulting and planning is the process of creating a set of offensive and defensive business maneuvers designed to increase and keep a competitive advantage over your competition. How do help businesses stay ahead of the curve?
Our goal is to stay innovative and creative, so we look forward to expanding our client base through the services we offer. Creating custom training videos and developing a podcast, top the list of our plans this year to stay different and set ourselves apart from the other consulting firms. We see ourselves as a one-stop-shop for clients, and to do so, we need to continue to evolve.
Q. Expertise is the first and biggest advantage of the right consultant. How do you source qualified talents to maintain the quality of the plethora of services you offer?
Expertise is the most important piece, but equal to this is finding a consultant who can provide creative solutions, consultants who are diligent on finding a solution for the problems the clients are having. We have been fortunate to find some great partners that help us with sourcing respectable talent as well as retaining that talent.
Q. Specialized services come with an expensive price tag. How do you maintain your affordability and profitability?
We stay flexible and try to align with market trends on pricing. We offer flexible packages depending on the client needs of our services, and we are always looking for different ways to serve our clients.
Q. How do you market your services?
We are active on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and we have plans to launch a podcast this year. Through each of these channels, we are using our platform to discuss common issues in the HR space and suggest techniques to solve them. Our company will also begin pushing out a newsletter to current and potential new clients promoting our services as well as highlight trending topics within our industry.
Q. Do you have any new services launching soon?
We are working on building our training modules to provide a variety of fun videos and configuration documentation that highlights the most common issues that our clients face within their HCM technology. This would be accessible to our clients and other companies who need more detail on some of the common issues one finds in their HCM system.
Q. What are your trajectories for the next five years?
Beyond the training module and podcast, we plan on expanding our business to global clients and creating a service center.
