“Diversity and inclusivity can produce the seeds that can move innovation in all organizations, but first we have to learn how to get along and consistently craft humanity throughout the organization at every level.”

Sirvist HRC LLC, a full-service HR talent management and consulting company, builds strategic partnerships with organizations to meet the needs of the ever-changing workforce industry. The company has helped these organizations realize profitability by leveraging and maximizing the strength of their human capital. It operates across Texas, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Mississippi.

Sirvist HRC was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Sugar land, TX.

To highlight and further understand what Sirvist HRC LLC stands for and seeks to explore in this segment, I sat down with Ruthie Lee-Esene, who serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Below is an excerpt.

Q. From your perspective, how is the industry you serve currently evolving?

Since our clients across multiple industries from energy to management consultancy, for-profit and non-profit, national and or global, dealing with change and designing new normal in the workplace is the primary evolving trend currently and in the future.

Q. And what are the trends in the various categories?

The workforce, the only trend, will be measured not only by the people you bring into the organization but the talent, knowledge, skills, and abilities that are needed to produce sustainable good services and inclusivity. Diversity and inclusivity can produce the seeds that can move innovation in all organizations, but first, we have to learn how to get along and consistently craft humanity throughout the organization at every level. So, figuring out how well do we know each other, and importantly, how well do we know ourselves is the need of the hour!

Leadership will play a critical role in how well we equip the workforce. The leaders that dare to manage a diverse workforce will be crucial for the 21st Century and beyond. This included all organizations, large and small, mom/pops, profit, and non-profits.

Q. Where does Sirvist HRC stand at the moment relative to other participants in the industry?

Sirvist HRC is a boutique firm. Each client is unique and that uniqueness requires a different strategy and transparency. A SWOT, as well as a PESTLE analysis, is completed on each client and the projects within the organizations. We’re not trying to compete with other firms but to consistently deliver a high-quality service to all of our clients and customers. In addition, we conduct interactive conversations with all of the stakeholders.

Q. ‘We believe in cultivating people and processes.’ Would you like to elaborate on this a bit more?

Sirvist HRC taps into a person’s intuitive behavior. Each of us is constructed with a purpose and tapping into each person’s intuitive behavior, it allows that person to perform and work where the organization is getting the best out of them naturally.

People have a basic need to belong, to be part of something more than just themselves, both in their personal and professional lives. Relationship matters, they determine the performance and success of a business.

Q. How responsive is Sirvist HRC to the changing needs of its clients?

This is where Sirvist HRC thrives. Most of our recommendations are based on research and case studies. We are always keeping abreast of the current market trends that are bound to revolutionize the workforce industry.

Q. No doubt Sirvist HRC is charting new territories in this segment. Given how frequently circumstances change, what plans for transformation are you pursuing to remain relevant now and in the future?

We continue to innovate to help our clients manage a diverse workforce while constructing new ways to be inclusive. We research and lead case study workshops, and attend training in all phases of the employer and employee life cycle.

Importantly, we partner with several educational entities. Each of these leading institutions is crafting new paths for HR professionals and leaders, shaping their careers, and ensuring they remain ahead of the pack.

Q. Is there anything else you want us to highlight that we might have missed?

Sirvist HRC chooses personal accountability and understanding that every person is unique and gifted, as cited above. Our purpose is not to change who you are, but to offer a more objective self-understanding of who you are. We have been able to do this in partnership with Team Excellence — and that has allowed us to build a more transparent, diverse, and inclusive organization.
