Edge Gateway: The Smartiply Edge Gateway is a patented multi-purpose computer with four major capabilities that make it a unique product in the industry. The real-time smart connectivity delivers reliable, secure, and uninterrupted data transport for mission-critical applications. Edge intelligence allows data to be locally analyzed for rapid decision and action. The gateway's ability to support different types of wired and wireless sensors and devices makes it suitable for both new deployments and integration with legacy infrastructure. The device manager allows remote configuration, health checks, monitoring, and reporting. It has an uninterrupted bonded VPN communication enabled by defining and combining multiple wired and wireless channels, ideal for constrained networks, mobile and transportable implementations, and bandwidth-hungry mission-critical applications.

The device offers core analytics capabilities locally, without the need to go to the Cloud or rely on human intervention. The GPS Watchdog feature provides immediate notice of tampering and current location. Qualified for AWS Greengrass, the Smartiply Edge Gateway SH-1701 series can run AWS Lambda functions. The onboard NVR also integrates with AWS Kinesis Video Service and recognition for advanced video features.

Mobile Platform: The Smartiply mobile platform offers a Fog Computing SDK that enables resource sharing and collaboration between devices in a Fog network. It allows 3rd party developers to create many innovative apps that were never imagined before, to support use cases that are either completely Cloud-less or [Fog-based + Cloud-dependent]. The SDK enables nearby devices to discover and network with each other in either a decentralized or centralized fashion.
