Q. What was the motivation behind starting Streiff Marketing?
Demand. The future of ecommerce. A different beast/newer platform. I realized early on in about 2018 that Amazon was different, that it was not just a place to buy books, but a search engine and the future of shopping online. It was so easy, so fast, and so convenient. I had been working with a manufacturer of freeze-dried food and had helped them get into Amazon and grow their sales to a huge number. I saw early on the power of Amazon, yet I also saw the issues. Correcting content/listings, variations, fixing suppressed listings, keeping Amazon in stock, outranking your competitors, accounting nightmares, chargebacks, shortage claims, etc. An Amazon vendor manager once told me, “Amazon is like a billion-dollar robot that doesn’t come with instructions, but you have to know which lever to pull and which buttons to push to make it go!” I knew what buttons to push and levers to pull, and wanted to help many other brands grow and reach their potential. Streiff Marketing was born with the primary focus and motivation of HELPING OTHER BRANDS MAXIMIZE THEIR SALES AND PROFITS ON AMAZON.
Q. How do you maintain the balance of exclusivity and attainability of goals for the brands through your strategies?
At Streiff, we use a proven model for profitable scaling. Within that model, we are relentless when it comes to testing and adjusting Amazon accounts to improve conversions and rankings. Our team is comprised of industry experts and former Amazon vendor managers, so we have many years of experience going into perfecting our model. On the consulting and management side, our services are exclusive to Amazon. But we also work with a variety of well-known eCommerce platforms, like Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and Shopify.
Tell us breifly about your data management system and compliance.
We use Monday.com and Sage to manage our client’s data. We pride ourselves with always protecting that data, and consistently maintaining compliance.
Q. Tell us about your content development. What are the factors that will contribute to the engagement level?
There are several content factors that contribute to engagement, such as product titles, product descriptions and product images. It’s always beneficial to leverage A+ content which leads to increased conversions, brand credibility and ROI.
Q. How do you market your services?
We use a variety of marketing and advertising tactics to promote our business.
Q. Do you have any new services ready to be launched?
In addition to our Amazon and web development services, we are starting to work with Walmart. We also now provide assistance with asset creation (product images/video).
Q. What does the future hold for your company and its customers? Are exciting things on the way?
As Amazon continues to change, so do we. We are constantly improving our processes to help our clients succeed. Jason Streiff President of Streiff Marketing has over 16 years’ experience in sales and marketing. He has helped countless clients increase their sales and grow their business. Jason resides in Farmington, Utah, with his wife and 5 kids. He enjoys all sports and loves many outdoor activities, including hunting, shooting, motorcycle riding, snowmobiling, water skiing, and mountain biking. He coaches most of his boys’ sports teams and is very involved in his family life.
