With technological expansions, the digital era has arrived. All the industry sectors are benefited from innovations in technology. In particular, the construction industry started to leverage the technological tool construction management software. Innovative construction software plays an important role within the construction industry, and today, the majority of construction companies organize, plan and estimate project costs using a project management software solution. Construction management software promotes a systematic approach to manage construction projects. It is impossible to run a construction business without effective project management. Integrated construction software will help project managers to manage every aspect of a construction project from document management to resources management to project delivery. With construction management software, the contractor and staff can know which equipment is required and where it is required. They can know about pending tasks and updated schedules. Also, to keep you on track with the schedules, it sends reminder alerts about deadlines and updates.

StructionSite is a new category of construction software - Intelligent Project Tracking that combines cameras and AI to track installed work and back it all up with a photographic record. The firm uses VideoWalk®, a feature allowing users to walk the jobsite with a 360 camera and record a video. Images are then automatically mapped to the floor plan by date and location. The company’s another product SmartTrack, an automated production tracking tool for the drywall and framing scope. It leverages data from the images captured with VideoWalks to quantify site progress over time.

Offering State-of-the-Art Construction Products and Services

SmartTrack: StructionSite allows teams to easily capture jobsite progress through the use of standard photos, 360 photos and 360 videos that are mapped to floor plan. Give your teams’ access to your virtual jobsite. The web and mobile application is designed with field-first workflow, so it’s easy to capture in the field--with standard photos, 360° photos and 360° video and then share the digital jobsite with the office and other stakeholders. SmartTrack saves your team countless hours checking and counting by leveraging your 360 videos to automatically quantify visual scopes of work for the drywall and framing trade so you can track progress against schedule, budget and labor. The 360 video feature VideoWalk can be used to capture and digitize your jobsite. Then, SmartTrack uses photo recognition to analyze the images and automatically delivers the quantities of work installed in a dashboard with productivity rates and percent complete, broken down by sub-scope.

Rithm: The Builder and Inspector tools created by Rithm to provide unmatched clarity when measuring elevation deviation, monitoring concrete usage & status, and tracking material quantities. Construction teams not only have a clear picture of their jobsite’s status, but are also easily able to translate this data into reports for project stakeholders. Perform FF/FL according to ASTM 1155 while organizing ADA compliance details. Rithm allows users to take their laser-created heatmaps and view them directly on architectural drawings, making cut/fill areas easy to automatically define. Rithm’s solutions provide the ability to check the status of steel beams before and after concrete pouring to uncover any deflection that may be occurring, allowing critical decisions to be made before rough-in.

AI-powered Site Documentation for General Contractors: StructionSite allows you to look at a past capture date and identify what’s been installed behind a closed wall or a concrete slab, so you can eliminate rework. With a historical record of photos, you can easily investigate when an issue occurred and identify which party is responsible for damage. With the ability to go back and reference what happened on the project over time, images can tell a clearer story of who is responsible for the cost burden of a change order. In the event of schedule delay, documentation shows site conditions that can help to identify what may have caused crews to delay work. With the Navisworks or Procore BIM integration, allow your team to resolve real issues using BIM, in your native coordination environment.
