Precise positioning and logistical services is the core of any business.  There may be many position sensors aboard a vehicle, but the GNSS receiver is the only one that provides absolute positioning, anytime, to within a few decimeters anywhere on Earth. Therefore, GNSS is a key enabler for vehicles to know precisely where they are. Globally, there are various navigation companies providing excellent positioning solutions, Swift Navigation stands out among them. Swift Navigation provides precise positioning solutions for automotive, autonomous vehicle, mobile and mass market applications. Since its founding in 2012, Swift has evolved from creating the industry’s first low-cost, high-accuracy, real-time kinematic (RTK) GPS receiver to delivering an ecosystem of GNSS positioning solutions for autonomous applications. Swift is on a mission to build a safer and more efficient future by changing the way it navigates and understand every centimeter of our planet.

Swift delivers safe and precise positioning to keep the autonomous vehicles of today—and the future—in their lane .Swift continues to innovate with its ecosystem of precise positioning solutions for autonomous applications. Swift is built on its foundation by offering a full suite of positioning solutions that are accurate, affordable and easily integrated while being reliable and secure for a variety of autonomous applications requiring precision positioning. Swift values openness and participates in an open community, and when possible make its documentation, specifications, pricing and support available freely online. Swift products are designed and assembled in California, USA and benefit thousands of customers across the globe.

Skylark Precise Positioning Service

Skylark is a wide area, cloud-based GNSS corrections service that delivers real-time, high-precision positioning. Skylark uses cutting-edge positioning algorithms to provide a continuous stream of multi-constellation, multi-frequency GNSS corrections. This highly available service combines lane-level accuracy and world-class integrity at a continental scale. Skylark is hardware-agnostic, giving customers choice in today’s rapidly improving and affordable GNSS sensor ecosystem. OEMs are able to benefit from the lane-level positioning Skylark delivers using a host of third-party receivers and microprocessors. Skylark delivers seamless, precise positioning to autonomous vehicle, mobile and mass-market applications across continents via a cloud-based corrections service. Skylark packages the science of precise positioning as an affordable subscription service for ease in deployment for autonomous vehicles, mobile devices and mass-market applications. A Skylark 6-month license is included in the price of Swift’s hardware solutions in available geographies.

Starling Precise Positioning Engine

Starling works with a variety of GNSS chipsets and inertial sensors, making it ideal for mass-market autonomous applications. Starling’s software is written in standard C++ and runs on a variety of computer platforms. Starling utilizes the measurements from commercially available GNSS receivers to provide centimeter-accurate results with high integrity. Starling supports the calculation of precise position, velocity and time (PVT) and when combined with inertial sensor measurements, wheel odometry and other sensor inputs, Starling can assist with localization, decision and control. Starling is an advanced; high-precision positioning engine designed for automotive, industrial and consumer applications that require centimeter or decimeter accuracy using GNSS and dead reckoning sensor fusion.

Precision GNSS Module

PGM features STMicroelectronics’ TeseoV chipset in a Quectel LG69T-AP module. The PGM was designed specifically for running Swift’s Starling positioning engine on your CPU and supports a fused IMU and wheel odometry and delivers maximum precision when paired with Swift’s Skylark corrections. The product is available as the Precision GNSS Evaluation Kit for easy evaluation, the PGM module in an mPCIe format for rapid volume deployment or high-volume applications can surface mount the LG69T-AP module directly. Achieve the highest performance when used with Swift’s Skylark cloud-based precise positioning service. The Precision GNSS Module (PGM) utilizes the Quectel LG69T-AP module to provide a quick path to cost-effective, volume production. PGM is ideal for customers building industrial, last mile, rail, agricultural, robotics and IoT platforms who can benefit from higher accuracy and repeatability to better optimize asset use, delivery times and exact location. Whether you are in the evaluation phase or ready to roll out high-volume production, Starling + PGM leads to a solution that is well suited to your application.

Duro Ruggedized Receiver and Duro Inertial Ruggedized Receiver

Duro is a ruggedized multi-band, multi-constellation centimeter-accurate GNSS receiver. Duro is an enclosed version of the multi-band, multi-constellation Piksi Multi RTK GNSS receiver. Duro is ideal for agricultural, robotics, maritime, rail and outdoor industrial applications. The easy-to-deploy Duro is protected against weather, moisture, vibration, dust, water immersion and the unexpected that can occur in outdoor long-term deployments. Duro Inertial combines a multi-band, multi-constellation centimeter-accurate GNSS inertial navigation solution (INS) in a ruggedized, compact form factor. Duro Inertial is an enclosed dual-frequency GNSS receiver with an integrated inertial measurement unit that allows for continuous centimeter-accurate positioning in the harshest of environments. Designed and built to survive long-term, outdoor deployments, Duro Inertial combines centimeter-accurate GNSS+INS positioning with military ruggedness at a breakthrough price.
